Women's Ministry

Therefore encourage one another and build one another up, just as you are doing.

1 Thessalonians 5:11

We are committed to helping the women of Clifton grow in knowing, loving, and serving our Sovereign Creator God, and to working together to grow in Christlikeness, by His grace.

Our ministries focus on the Word of God, discipleship and evangelism, and areas of practical service. We invite all women of Clifton to be involved as they are able. Our earnest prayer is that God will use these ministries for His glory and for our good.

Women are invited to meet weekly on Zoom to pray for the leadership and needs of Clifton. Click here to sign up. For information, contact Sue Dunn or the church office.

Seasoned Saints

Gather with other empty nesters (or nearly so) for occasional hikes, meals, and outings.

Serve

Children's Clothing Closet

Visit the Clothing Closet on the third floor to share gently used clothes and shoes, newborn to size 6. If your kids have outgrown their clothes, consider passing them on. Donations may be dropped off in the Clothing Closet. The Children's Clothing Closet is open before and after every church service or by appointment if you contact the church office.

If you are interested in volunteering to keep the Clothing Closet organized, please contact Laura Aalderink or Sue Dunn.

Meals Ministry

The women of Clifton are glad to provide meals as needed for mothers of newborns, those with ongoing health challenges, and elderly members of our body.

Scarlet Hope

This local ministry works to share the gospel of Jesus Christ with women in the “adult” entertainment industry. Clifton women can partner with them by preparing meals, purchasing holiday gifts, and praying.

Baby and Wedding Showers

We love to celebrate new marriages and births at Clifton. If you are interested in hosting a shower for someone and need ideas or help, contact Kristin Carrillo.
